Molecular Nutrition takes clinical validation of our novel technologies very seriously. As such, we have funded a total of three University studies on our flagship patented supplement X-FACTOR™, including two full blown placebo-controlled trials on experienced weightlifters!
University of Tampa/Auburn University
University of Tampa and Auburn University collaborated on a placebo controlled study of X-FACTOR™ (Arachidonic Acid) supplementation. The researchers found 6 capsules (1.5g) per day of X-FACTOR broke training plateau in experienced weightlifters, resulting in significant gains in lean body mass, upper body strength, and peak power over 8 weeks.

Baylor University
Baylor University placebo controlled study on X-FACTOR supplementation in experienced resistance-trained men. Supplementation was associated with significant increases in muscle peak power output, a reduced inflammatory response to training, and strong trends of improvements in bench press 1-rep max and average power output.
